60-Day Warranty Policy
- 60-Day Warranty window begins on the date that the order has been delivered to the customer's address as per the tracking number.
- Item must be returned in the same original condition.
- If item is determined defective (not caused by user), we cover return shipping fees both ways (contact us before for approval) as well as a full refund.
- For regular returns, the Buyer pays return shipping. Original shipping cost not refundable. PayPal/Shopify transaction fee of ~2.9% to 4% not refundable.
- For cancellations prior to shipping, we will be able to do a full refund, minus the transaction fees incurred (i.e. PayPal/Shopify ~2.9% to 4%)
- We reserve the rights to cancel shipment or order and refund full amount to the customer if the product cannot be fulfilled or if there is a problem that cannot be cleared. We maintain absolute quality for the product sold.
